Job Title: SAP Concur Lead Consultant

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Concur modules and functionality, with experience in leading SAP Concur implementation, configuration, and customization. They will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and designing effective SAP Concur solutions aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP Concur module implementation, including expense management, travel management, and invoice management.
  • Configure and customize SAP Concur solutions to meet client specifications, ensuring accurate and efficient system setup.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to clients on SAP Concur modules, conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP Concur and related technologies, sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, preparing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and showcasing SAP Concur solutions to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a SAP Concur Consultant or in a similar role, with deep understanding of SAP Concur modules and functionality.
  • At least 3 SAP Concur full cycle implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of expense management, travel management, and invoice management processes.
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP Concur solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Concur integration with other systems, such as ERP systems and travel booking tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • SAP Concur certification is highly desirable.
