Chief Manager

The Chief Manager Equity Capital Management (ECM) will support the MD's Office and play a strategic and execution-focused role within the MD's Office. You will be responsible for managing equity transactions across the Group's companies, which includes capital raising, stake structuring, valuation management, investor interface, and transaction execution.You should possess an MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1 or well-ranked Tier 2 B-School or be a Chartered Accountant (preferably with rank or Big 4 articleship). A total of 6-10 years of experience is required, with at least 3-5 years in Equity Capital Markets or Corporate Finance roles. Experience in investment banking or Strategy/Deals/Transaction Advisory with top consulting/Big 4 firms is preferred. You should have demonstrated end-to-end deal exposure and high proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and equity structuring. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization for Board and Investor decks is essential.Your key accountabilities/responsibilities will include supporting the MD's Office in developing and executing equity capital strategies across group companies, conducting capital structure optimization, advising on capital raising options, preparing strategic roadmaps for monetization, equity dilution, or restructuring initiatives, and end-to-end execution of equity transactions. You will also be responsible for building detailed valuation models, performing scenario analysis, managing investor relations, ensuring governance & documentation, and driving internal alignment with various teams.In terms of competencies, you should demonstrate achievement orientation, altrocentric leadership, analytical decision making, customer service orientation, impact and influence, information seeking, initiative, and innovative thinking.
