Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cybersecurity efforts as the Chief Information Security Officer.

This critical role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and standards to protect our organization's assets and information.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing cybersecurity risks, implementing effective security controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth while ensuring the highest level of security.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cybersecurity Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and standards to protect our organization's assets and information.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks through proactive measures and incident response planning.
  • Security Controls Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain effective security controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's data and systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth while ensuring the highest level of security.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technology-based education.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in information security management, with a strong background in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and security controls implementation.
  • Skillset: Skilled in evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls, recommending mitigation strategies, and identifying on-premises and cloud-specific cybersecurity risks and threats.
  • Certifications: CISSP/CISM/CISA certifications are advantageous.
