About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to a senior leader in a public healthcare organization. This role offers exposure to strategic national health initiatives and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that impacts the community. Key Responsibilities Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements Handle budgeting and financial procedures for projects and divisional activities Support general administrative and logistical matters within the division Requirements Tertiary education in any discipline Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail Good communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Prior experience in the public sector or with financial processes will be an advantage Job Details Location: near Outram Park MRT Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm Salary: $13.64 per hour (Estimated $2,200 to $2,300 monthly)Duration: 1-year contract (Jan – Dec 2026)Join us if you are organized, professional, and ready to contribute to impactful national initiatives.
