Mall Concierge Officer (Parkway Parade | Part Time | $12 per hour)Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for visitors? Our client is a leading leader in the shopping / properties industry and is looking for dynamic individuals to be a part of their team. Key Responsibilities Provide efficient responses to shoppers or tenants via incoming calls or in-person at the concierge Offer clear and helpful directional assistance to shoppers Handle all gift voucher redemption processes Ensure accurate inventories and tally counter stocks in CRM system Track all lost and found items reported and facilitate return to rightful owners Administer written and verbal feedback received Address customer's concerns Collaborate with service team on facilities maintenance Perform roving duties within mall to assist shoppers or tenants Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Min 1 year of customer service experience Min GCE "O" Levels and above Comfortable interacting with customers face to face Able to commit to weekends and rotating shifts Additional Information Minimum commitment 3 days per week 1115am to 2100pm Interested applicant, please send an Thank you for your interest but only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
