Position Summary Deliver comprehensive business law education to diploma-level students, teaching fundamental legal principles, commercial law concepts, and their practical applications in business environments. Key Responsibilities Teach diploma-level business law courses and related legal subjects Develop curriculum and lesson plans aligned with diploma program standards Conduct lectures, case study discussions, and practical workshops Create assessments, assignments, and examination materials Provide academic support and guidance to students Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Integrate real-world legal cases and current business law developments Maintain accurate academic records and documentation Required Qualifications Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification Minimum 2-3 years teaching experience at a diploma or tertiary level Strong knowledge of commercial and business law principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain complex legal concepts in accessible terms Subject Areas Contract Law and Commercial Agreements Company Law and Corporate Governance Employment Law and Industrial Relations Intellectual Property Law Consumer Protection Law Business Ethics and Legal Compliance Dispute Resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Required Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Case study analysis and legal research skills Classroom management and student engagement techniques Assessment design and evaluation methods Knowledge of current legal developments and reforms Up-to-date knowledge of AI applications in Business Law Preferred Qualifications Legal practice experience Professional legal certifications Experience in corporate or commercial law About TaF.tc TaF.tc is a leading education and training institution, dedicated to providing high-quality education and training to students.
