Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead and manage the facilities management team, ensuring the implementation of strategic goals and operational priorities for facility operations.
Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of all facilities, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security. Develop and implement systems to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
Budget & Resource Management:
Prepare, manage, and track the facilities budget, ensuring the cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with external contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of facilities services.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all facilities meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental guidelines. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
Space Optimization & Planning:
Lead space planning and utilization efforts, ensuring the efficient use of office space and supporting employee productivity.
Sustainability & Innovation:
Champion sustainability initiatives, recommending and implementing energy-efficient solutions and eco-friendly practices.
Project Management:
Oversee the planning and execution of facilities-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and major repairs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and vendor management.
Proven experience managing budgets, resources, and large-scale projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and drive results.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
