Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Process Improvement Specialist. This role involves conducting process audits, investigating customer claims, and managing customer audits.

The successful candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical, Material Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related fields, with 1-2 years of experience in QA/QM roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) are also essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team, demonstrate good communication skills, and be willing to work in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct process audits to ensure line compliance
  • Support and conduct investigations/data analysis for customer claims
  • Manage customer audits, preparing checklists according to PMP guidelines
  • Liaise with production on NCMR meetings and follow-up on actions taken
  • Develop and implement process improvement projects
  • Troubleshoot process and environmental issues
  • Ensure compliance with ISO Standard Operating Procedures and 5S standards
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Material Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related fields
  • 1-2 years' experience in QA/QM roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Will to work in a cleanroom environment
