What You Will Do This engineering team is responsible for building ultra‐low‐latency trading and risk‐management systems to access trading interfaces of major cryptocurrency exchanges around the world. The role focuses on reducing latency through algorithmic and network optimization and providing support for a large number of globally deployed strategies. Architect, develop, and optimize high‐throughput, low‐latency trading and risk‐management systems, ensuring stability and efficient operation. Engineer solutions that interface with major centralized and decentralized exchanges. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient infrastructure. Position can be based in Shanghai or Singapore. Who You Are Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with a strong academic background. Proficiency in C++ (C++11 and above); familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.Experience developing infrastructure in financial services or technology firms. Strong knowledge of Linux, multithreading, TCP/UDP communication. Prior experience in trading and/or risk management systems, data analysis, and data mining is preferred. Fluency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively across regions. Competitive programming contest experience (e.g., ACM/ICPC, NOI) is a plus.
