Officer, FX Settlement Intermediate Analyst Join to apply for the Officer, FX Settlement Intermediate Analyst role at Citi . We partner with internal stakeholders across front office, compliance, legal, finance, and HR, and maintain strong relationships with external clients. Our operations groups have significant impact throughout the trade lifecycle. In this role, you're expected to: Proactive engagement with Singapore country and APAC regional stakeholders (Business, Technology, Finance/PCG, Operations) to support the business and client trading in markets products. Drive and implement sustainable processes, automation/migration initiatives, and standard adherence to policies, shaping/buiding standardized operations for new product launches. Work closely with Operations Control on developing and adhering to an effective control framework that meets audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Ensure robust infrastructure and tools (dashboards, MIS, alerts, etc.) are in place to manage risk and serve clients. Focus on digitization, automation, and elimination of manual touch points. Support a successful People and Engagement strategy to attract, develop, retain, and recognize a diverse global workforce. As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure: Degree or equivalent work experience. 3–7+ years of experience in tier‐1 global financial institutions, handling large projects and operational activities in foreign exchange products. Strong risk management and control mindset. Self‐reliant, good problem‐solver, and results oriented. Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive.
