As an IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist , you will play a key role in maintaining the organization's mission‐critical IT systems, ensuring smooth operations across its offices, studios, and data center facilities. You'll provide Level 2 deskside support , maintain infrastructure performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across a fast‐moving, tech‐driven environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver Level 2 on‐site technical support for hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications, and telephony systems. Manage incidents and service requests according to ITIL standards, ensuring proper escalation and documentation. Maintain local IT infrastructure, including telecom equipment, end‐user systems, backup services, and data center facilities. Perform monitoring, reporting, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Support data center operations , including power, cooling, and UPS coordination with facilities teams. Manage and track IT assets to maintain an accurate hardware and software inventory. Execute regular data backup procedures in line with security policies and compliance standards. Support cyber response activities and coordinate with internal Cyber Defense and global IT teams. Collaborate on IT projects, system rollouts, and upgrades within broadcast and enterprise environments. Provide VIP support with discretion, professionalism, and excellent communication. Maintain and enhance internal documentation, SOPs, and service guides. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of IT support or systems administration experience in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Request Fulfilment). Proficient in ServiceNow , Jira , and Confluence for ITSM and documentation. Hands‐on troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software. Familiarity with data center operations (power, cooling, UPS systems). Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support Mandarin‐speaking users confidently due to client and stakeholder requirements. Certifications such as ITIL Foundation , CompTIA A+ / Network+ , or CDCP are advantageous. Must be eligible to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship provided).
