We are looking for Product Manager for the Technology team. This individual must enjoy working with people and love how technology, when applied well, can solve complex business challenges and bring immerse value and pleasure to people. In the immediate term, we're seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in data products to lead the development and lifecycle management of our data-driven solutions. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs, user experience, and technical implementation to deliver high-value data products that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities

• Achieving users’ vision by leading end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, to adoption, and ongoing enhancements and optimization.
• Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, accessibility and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
• Design the overall functionality of the product, ensure a great user experience, and iterate in accordance with user-testing.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Develop and track product KPIs to measure success and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure efficient product development workflows
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years working experience in relevant fields preferred.
• Experience in Asset Management or Investment Firms, and knowledge of investment products and instruments will be an advantage.
• Experience with Investment Management systems such as Simcorp or Alladin and their data model hierarchy will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Airflow SQL, Python, Tableau, Qlik or other data tools. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling data-driven digital products
• Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and visualization tools
• Must be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders in an agile manner.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
• Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Have a great love for people, design, data and tech.
• Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Possess knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
