As an IND Pilot Production Intern, you will work closely with engineers and technicians to support pilot production activities, including prototyping, testing, and process improvements. You will gain hands-on experience in production engineering and exposure to cross-functional collaboration. This role provides valuable learning in translating product designs into manufacturable solutions within an industrial environment.

What you will do

  • Support product development through prototyping, proof-of-concept verification with 3D-printed parts, and reliability testing
  • Learn and assist in the application and verification of new PECVD conformal coating processes for PCBAs
  • Contribute to automation initiatives, including digitizing DFA processes, auto-generating assembly documents, and managing a live prototyping request tracking system.

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
  • Programming or AI skills are a plus.
