Job Description – Live Streamer (Frontend & Backend)Everbright Orchids We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and camera-confident Live Streamer to join our team No experience is required — just passion, positivity, and willingness to learn. You will represent Everbright Orchids on TikTok Shop, introducing our orchid collections and helping customers shop with confidence. Responsibilities (Frontend – On Camera)Host TikTok Live sessions to showcase orchids in an engaging, friendly way Demonstrate orchid colours, sizes, care tips, and special promotions Interact with viewers, handle questions, and drive sales during live sessions Create short video content for product highlights (simple shoots, no editing skills required)Present a positive, cheerful image that aligns with our brand Responsibilities (Backend – Support Duties)Prepare orchids before livestream (arranging, cleaning, checking stock)Pack orders after the livestream and ensure accuracy Assist with TikTok Shop listings, tagging, and simple backend tasks Coordinate with the ops team on product availability and upcoming promotions Ensure the livestream area is tidy, well-lit, and ready for filming Job Requirements No experience required — we will train you Confident speaking on camera Friendly, outgoing, and able to engage with viewers Passionate about flowers & orchids (or willing to learn quickly)Energetic and able to maintain a positive attitude during live sessions Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail + e-commerce environment Able to work evenings/weekends for peak live hours Team player with a willingness to help in other tasks Bonus (Not Required)Experience in sales, customer service, or hosting TikTok content creation experience Interest in floral design or home décor What We Offer Full training provided Fun and positive work culture Opportunities to grow into marketing, e-commerce, or sales roles Staff discounts on all orchid products Performance incentives during major events (CNY, Mother's Day, etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
