Description Overview Job Title: Temp Manager – Infrastructure Planning & Policy Division (IPP)Contract (6 months, with option to extend for another 6 months)Location: Pasir PanjangWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)Salary:Degree: S$4,380/month (with at least 2 years of relevant work experience)Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience, as long as they are comfortable with writing and can communicate and articulate their thoughts logically and coherently.About the Role To provide support for the division’s knowledge management, audit, research and finance functions. The job responsibilities include:Support Division in developing its knowledge management repository and audit functions Drafting knowledge management guidelines and restructuring of its data repository to ensure proper documentation and facilitate ease of information retrievalSupport the collation of input, information and responses to auditors’ queries in a timely manner Support Division in conducting research and collating data to support ongoing policy reviews Conduct desktop research to gather information on how other sectors plan for their infrastructureUndertake basic desktop research to support ongoing policy review workSupport the division in the procurement process to appoint consultants to conduct research to support policy reviews Coordinate overall budget and expenditure tracking for financial reporting Request for budget projections and utilisation reports as well as financial returns from MOH’s development agent, MOH Holdings (MOHH), for healthcare infrastructure projects.Maintain monthly expenditure reportsCoordinate input from the division or MOHH on returns to be submitted to MOH Finance Division Any other duties as assignedRequirements Degree preferably in Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.Experience & Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication, and project coordination skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Strong analytical and research capabilities.
