Overview
ICON Education is looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic sales plans in order to attract potential customers and service existing ones. You should have a good understanding of higher education pathways and possess great communication and interpersonal skills. If you are excited to drive change and create impact in Education, we want to hear from you
Work Scope
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Maintaining positive customer relations.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Solving customer complaints and answering customers\' questions.
Understanding and promoting company products and programs.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Able to work weekends (off days will be Mon and Fri)
