Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD)
Deliver Day 2 support, troubleshooting and operational excellence
Lead and support implementation projects for enterprise customers
Work directly with customers to understand and address business needs
Operate and troubleshoot Cisco Campus Networks, Wireless, SD-WAN, SDA, and DNAC environments
Skills & Requirements:
3–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking
Strong background in Cisco campus networking
Proven experience in network design (HLD/LLD)
Expertise in:
Cisco SD-WAN
Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)
Cisco Wireless Solutions
Software-Defined Access (SDA)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Confident in a customer-facing consulting role
Bonus:
Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP, or relevant SD-WAN/DNAC credentials)
Experience working on regional or large-scale network rollouts
Salary:
$6 - 9k/ month
