Talent Attraction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager to join the team. You will play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing recruitment events, and enhancing our recruitment processes. Location: West Salary: Up to $7,500 per month Working Hours: Office Hours Key Responsibilities: Screen and shortlist resumes from various career portals; conduct phone screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Proactively source and engage potential candidates for career opportunities. Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as career fairs and talks to strengthen the employer brand. Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruitment workflows and processes. Requirements: Degree in any discipline.
