Spa Therapist Role

Our spa is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to provide exceptional massage and treatment experiences for our discerning clientele. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing consistent professional spa massages (body and/or foot) in accordance with spa standards, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintaining high service standards and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment that meets or exceeds industry expectations.
  • Preparing treatment products, replenishing stocks, and supplying towels as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Handling customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely, providing effective solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Following instructions given by senior management and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in foot care and hair care
  • Secondary education or equivalent, with a focus on beauty and wellness
  • Treatment skills, including waxing and reflexology, with a strong emphasis on client comfort and safety
  • Inventory management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and adaptability
