Element has an opportunity for a
NDT Technician
to join our rapidly expanding team.As a member of the operations team, the Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.
This role is based in Jalan Boon Lay, Singapore.
Job Duties:
To conduct NDT testing and inspection work on piping, tank and vessel for welding and corrosion inspection for Oil & Gas, Aerospace industries
Understand and resolve customers’ technical requirements
Ensure that NDT activities comply with all required industrial and statutory standards
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering
Certified NDT Level 2 in PAUT, RT, PT, MT and ET
Good experience in PAUT/TOFD for corrosion mapping and weld inspection. Knowledge of data analysis in tube testing and tank floor scanning is an advantage
Class 3 driver’s licence
Meticulous and good at using MS Office
Able to communicate with customers, peers and superiors effectively
Customer-focus
Independent and proactive
Ability to work under stress
