Foresight Ventures is seeking two
Investment Associates / Senior Associates
to join our global investment team. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and executing early-stage opportunities across
stablecoins, payments, Layer1/Layer2 ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and cross-chain infrastructure
. The ideal candidate will combine strong research and analytical skills with a passion for blockchain innovation, playing a key role in shaping our investment strategy at the frontier of digital finance.

Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and execute investments in
    stablecoins, PayFi (payments + DeFi), Layer1/Layer2 ecosystems, and cross-chain infrastructure
    .
  • Conduct thorough
    market research, due diligence, and investment analysis
    ; produce high-quality industry reports and investment memos.
  • Build financial models, evaluate tokenomics, and forecast company/project growth trajectories.
  • Maintain strong relationships with founders, ecosystem partners, and investors to support deal flow and portfolio value creation.
  • Track emerging trends in
    stablecoin regulation, cross-border payments, DeFi liquidity, and blockchain infrastructure adoption
    .

Requirements

  • 3+ years
    of experience in venture capital, private equity, or strategy — OR relevant experience in
    fintech, stablecoin/
