Job Opening: Car Sales Executive for EV and Hybrid vehicles "At RTMT, we believe in finding the car that best suits the needs of our customers."We are seeking a talented Car Sales Executive to join our team in Kampong Ubi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our diverse range of vehicles. As a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through the purchasing process and ensure they find the perfect car to meet their needs. What you'll be doing Proactively engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and match them with the most suitable vehicle from our extensive inventory. Conduct test drives and provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our cars. Negotiate pricing and handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial enquiry to final delivery. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range, pricing, and current promotions to provide accurate and compelling information to customers. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey, ensuring a positive experience that builds long-term loyalty. Actively participate in sales training and development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. What we're looking for Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar fast‐paced, customer‐facing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers. Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry. Driven, self‐motivated, and results‐oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Outstanding problem‐solving and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid driving licence and a clean driving record.
