Come Build the Future with Us nowAbout the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, driven and strategic Finance Director to lead Finance Operations for our Singapore and Malaysia entities. This role will manage core finance operations, drive process excellence, and act as a key bridge between finance and other functions. You will work in close partnership with cross‐functional teams across Data, Product, Legal, Compliance, and HR to ensure cohesive execution of business and financial strategies. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in financial institutions, and a foundation in Big 4 audit. What You'll Be Doing: Finance Operations & Leadership Lead daily finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and month‐end close. Manage and mentor the local finance ops team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high standards of delivery. Improve and optimise the month‐end closing process. Review quarterly financial package and coordinate with Group Finance on group reporting requirements. Prepare finance updates for quarterly board meetings, providing key insights. Cross‐Functional Collaboration Work closely with Treasury to manage liquidity, banking, and intercompany transactions. Collaborate with Tax to ensure compliance with local tax laws, GST filings, and
