Job Description

We are seeking a Risk Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our risk management group, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of financial risk management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their business goals and objectives;
  • Providing advisory support on risk management strategies and solutions;
  • Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored business solutions;
  • Collaborating with senior consultants, managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
  • Supporting project management activities, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field;
  • Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) are an added advantage;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within consulting, banking, or financial services;
  • Strong domain and technical-functional knowledge in regulatory frameworks and risk management solutions;
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, and SAS preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with advanced skills;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and client management abilities;
  • Proficient in business-level English, both verbal and written;
  • Capable of working independently, multitasking, and managing projects effectively.
