Manager, C&B will lead non-medical compensation, performance management, and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Non-Medical Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team in developing strategies for C&B and performance management, translating these into effective policies, practices, and processes. Oversee the annual review process for performance management, salary adjustments, and bonuses. Participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and reviews to ensure competitive compensation practices. Manage benefits administration and liaise with vendors to ensure efficient service delivery. Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, providing C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments. Analyze C&B data to derive actionable insights, support better people decisions, and optimize costs. Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies. Job Requirements: Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR, specializing in compensation, benefits, and performance management. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
