Provide technical support for commissioning, operation, maintenance, and de-commissioning of medical equipment.
Supervise specialist vendors and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
Collect and update feedback on equipment maintenance, performance, and reliability.
Investigate faults, complaints, and hazards, and assist in implementing action plans.
Ensure work quality conforms to hospital standards and initiatives.
Manage stock and spares for technical support and assist with documentation.
Coordinate services for medical equipment projects with vendors and contractors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min. Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering.
Min. 2 years of practical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Good communication and supervisory skills.
Customer service oriented with a positive work attitude.
Basic IT skills needed.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position.
