About the role
AVENTROSS PAC' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Semi Senior/Senior Auditor to join our team in the Central Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing external audit services to our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
Conducting detailed audits of financial statements and other financial records for a variety of clients
Identifying and addressing risks and issues during the audit process
Preparing and reviewing audit documentation and reports
Collaborating with clients to understand their business operations and financial processes
Providing recommendations for process improvements and internal control enhancements
Supervise and review the work of junior team members; provide coaching and support
Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations and best practices
What we\'re looking for
Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant audit and/or accounting experience preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
