What the role is:
As a Counsellor, your role is to formulate, review, and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas. What you will be working on:
You will provide case counselling and management support to students. You will be part of a professional team to coordinate and monitor the help provided to these students and/or work with their families and relevant stakeholders within ITE and external agencies to render support to these students.
What we are looking for:
You are expected to provide case counselling and management support for students and their families, and implement mental wellness intervention programmes, which include the following:
Case counselling and management support for students
Referring students to relevant stakeholders within and outside ITE to render necessary support
Implementing programmes for students' mental wellness and social-emotional development
