Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary: Join our innovative Calibration team as a Senior Engineer and play a key role in bringing self-driving vehicles to life. You'll work with world-class engineers and leading experts, focusing on calibrating all autonomous vehicle sensors—Lidar, cameras, IMUs, and radars—to build the foundation of our autonomy stack. What you’ll be doing: Develop and implement advanced calibration applications (both indoors and outdoors) for autonomous vehicle systems, pushing the boundaries of performance and safety Collaborate with different teams to integrate calibration solutions into our vehicles, ensuring top-tier quality and reliability. Utilize extensive internal datasets to validate and demonstrate your research and development effectively. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred 3+ years of specialized experience in calibration, localization, or SLAM for autonomous vehicles, augmented reality headsets, or robotic systems, with a strong record of designing and executing advanced calibration strategies. 3+ years of C++ software development proficiency, with a focus on building high-performance and resilient systems. Past experience owning and leading technical development from problem conceptualization through research, implementation, and successful production deployment.Past experience working with multiple sensors (LiDARs, Radars, IMU, Cameras). Thirst for knowledge, continuous innovation, and a drive to push the boundaries of autonomous driving technology.
