More details as below. Job Type: Long Term Contract Roles and Responsibilities Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and managing risks to services. Provide operational support, ensuring that production systems and devices are online and available. Perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Actively participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems. Requirements High-level working experience in multi-tier applications, data‐streaming technologies, Java, Pega and Elasticsearch. Years of experience required: 2-4 years. Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation. Advanced proficiency in Incident Management. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management. Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure service continuity.
