The team includes seasoned quants and developers with over 15 years of strong alpha generation and trading success. This is a rare opportunity to shape the technical and research foundation of a high-performing unit inside a profitable and well-resourced trading firm. You'll lead the architecture and implementation of a robust, low-latency trading stack while collaborating on research systems that support large-scale ML experimentation. The Opportunity This is a high‐ownership engineering role at the intersection of architecture, trading, and research infrastructure. You'll design and implement key systems in both production and R&D environments—and have direct influence on the team's technical and strategic success. Responsibilities And Priorities Design and build the core technical architecture for a next‐generation HFT system Implement high‐performance, scalable code using modern C++Collaborate with senior quants to align research infrastructure with production deployment needs Contribute to the buildout of cloud‐based research platforms for AI/ML experimentation Write clean, maintainable code and participate in architectural decisions and system reviews The Profile – Your Expertise Summary / Career Highlights You are a senior software engineer or systems architect with deep experience in C++, real‐time systems, and large‐scale architecture. You've worked in performance‐critical environments and are excited by the opportunity to shape a trading platform from scratch.
