About Client Our client is an Reputed MNC Responsibilities Architect & Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise IT and business strategies. Develop & Implement ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration) ensuring best practices and compliance. Integrate & Automate workflows with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML to streamline IT operations. Establish Governance & Compliance frameworks, monitor performance, and enforce platform standards and security policies. Lead & Mentor Teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and training to developers and administrators. Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions. Optimize Platform Performance through audits, continuous improvements, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices. Skills/Requirement Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relavent field Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and capabilities. Strong proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and Orchestration. Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). Knowledge of automation frameworks and enterprise IT integrations.
