Job Title: Beverage Service Associate

A service crew member is a vital team player who exudes a positive working attitude, possesses excellent communication skills and ensures that all duties within the beverage service area are executed while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to guests at all times
  • Welcome guests warmly with a smile and adhere to company SOPs
  • Seat guests and take their orders efficiently
  • Process orders and generate bills accurately
  • Provide answers to queries regarding menu items and offers presented by the restaurant
  • Clean tables after customers have left and prepare them for the next seating promptly
  • Serve food and drinks to customers effectively and in accordance to their orders
  • Assist kitchen staff and outdoor delivery personnel as required
  • Uphold and follow all health, food safety, and safety guidelines
  • Promote a safe and respectful working environment
  • Requirements:
  • Be a great team player, reliable and professional
  • Detail-oriented and thoughtful
  • Hygienic and diligent about cleanliness and tidiness
  • Able to work on Public Holidays and weekends
  • Able to work in Singapore (Citizen/PR/LTVP)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry (a plus)
  • A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (a plus)
