Associate Institutional Client Manager

Our client, a leading global alternative investment manager, is seeking an Associate to join its Institutional Client Coverage team in Hong Kong or Singapore. The role will focus on capital raising and client servicing for Asia-based institutional investors, with particular emphasis on the insurance sector. This is a rare opportunity to work across a diversified alternatives platform spanning private credit, private equity, real assets, and infrastructure, supporting senior leadership on client engagement, fundraising, and strategic initiatives. Over time, the successful candidate will also take on direct client coverage responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Support senior leadership in managing relationships with institutional investors across Asia. Prepare briefing materials, presentation decks, and follow-ups for client meetings. Conduct research on insurers, FIG clients, and market trends to identify opportunities. Coordinate across multiple business lines to ensure seamless client engagement. Provide junior-level client engagement and support for fundraising activities. Requirements: 4+ years’ experience in investment banking (FIG), insurance/reinsurance, or alternatives client coverage. Strong understanding of private markets (credit, PE, infrastructure, or real estate) preferred. Excellent financial and market research skills; ability to synthesize complex information.
