About the Opportunity
Reporting to the FP&A Director, this role consolidates subsidiary financials, supports management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, collaborates with local teams, and provides analysis to drive decisions and manage risks in a multinational setting.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate subsidiary financial results and prepare group monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis.
Prepare and review management reports on sales, gross profit, variance, and business trends.
Manage financial processes including estimates, financial planning, and preparation of analytical materials.
Lead and coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely month-end closing and accurate reporting.
Collaborate with local finance teams and stakeholders to support business objectives.
Participate in risk management initiatives through financial and business analysis.
Talent Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Preferably with experience in audit and/or Financial Planning Analysis (FP&A)
Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, cost and expense analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Detail-oriented, results-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
