Responsibilities
Client Care & Support: Assist with daily living tasks such as feeding, dressing, and post-bath care (in support of Nursing Aides)
Serve meals and refreshments; provide water and nourishment between meals
Engage clients in meaningful activities using available tools and materials
Medical & Appointment Support: Accompany clients for medical and non-medical appointments as required
Environment Upkeep: Perform general cleaning duties (toilets, shower areas) and handle laundry in the absence of designated staff
Policy & Compliance: Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth and ethical operations
Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information
General Duties: Assist with fundraising events when needed; carry out any other non-clinical tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or caregiving
Certification in Nursing Aide or Certificate in Healthcare Attendant (preferably trained in Singapore)
Must be able to work 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
Physically fit to handle daily care activities
Open to learning and taking on varied responsibilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Hardworking, meticulous, and responsible
Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
