Service Analyst – SAP BRIM (National Billing Systems) at Synapxe Position Overview Provide comprehensive application support to users, handle technical issues, and ensure the reliability and performance of our systems. Manage and resolve application‐related issues, perform daily service health monitoring, conduct server maintenance, and implement improvements to enhance system resiliency. Investigate incidents across key technologies and application domains using a structured, analytical approach. Role & Responsibilities Provide application troubleshooting and on‐site support. Simulate user problems to resolve operational difficulties. Coordinate activities to identify, diagnose, and rectify problems. Develop mitigating and/or preventive solutions. Assist in investigation of complex user‐reported issues. Support testing, installation, and deployment of applications and patches. Perform regular maintenance checks on applications. Support and assist with regular server maintenance, system access, monitoring, backups, patching, and daily health checks. Monitor service‐level dashboards, perform daily health monitoring, review system capacity, and allocate adequate capacity. Implement defect fixes and resiliency related improvements. Provide Level 1 support. Log, elevate, and follow through with issues. Maintain service operations documentation and guides, developing supporting documentation for all service operation activities. Assist in documentation of key application workflows. Assist in implementation for standardization across technologies/domains of applications. Assist in user training. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in application support or IT service management. Experience troubleshooting and resolving application‐related issues. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills. Proficiency in monitoring tools and application performance management. Familiarity with server maintenance and system monitoring practices. Excellent communication skills to interact with users and technical teams. Ability to document processes and create user guides effectively. Detail‐oriented with a proactive approach to problem‐solving. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
