We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Consultant with a strong background in the skincare industry to join our team, located in the Central Region (Takashimaya). This is a full-time and permanent role. In this role, you will provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations to customers, promote and sell skincare products, support the achievement of sales and help customers find the perfect beauty skincare products to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner Deliver exceptional customer service by offering professional skincare advice and product recommendations tailored to individual skin types and concerns Demonstrate and apply skincare products during consultations to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand portfolio, including product benefits, usage and key ingredients. Note: Product Training will be provided before taking on this role Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up consultations and product refills Ensure the sales floor and product displays are clean, organized, well-stocked and presentable at all times Assist with stock management, inventory control and merchandising Participate in product trainings, workshop and promotional events (if needed)Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the product range, including ingredients, benefits and application techniques Managing daily sales report and inventory tracking accurately and efficiently Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in skincare or beauty consultancy. Proven sales and customer service skills in retail or beauty industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on product features and benefits Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
