Job DescriptionReporting to the Kitchen Production Manager, you will support daily kitchen operations by maintaining a clean work area, delivering high‑quality food, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing HACCP records, ensuring proper FEFO freezer arrangement, monitoring preparation levels, and maintaining accurate ASC and MSC seafood tracking. Responsibilities Assist in preparing meal ingredients and maintaining a clean, hygienic food preparation area. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitising of all food preparation areas according to established hygiene standards. Assist with unloading food supplies and checking stock inventory for accuracy. Actively practice FIFO and FEFO principles to maintain freshness and quality. Maintain accurate HACCP documentation, including best‑before date records and preparation par‑level monitoring. Adhere to ASC and MSC recording procedures to track certified seafood usage daily and keep ASC/MSC products separate. Support kitchen operations according to established SOPs. Follow operating procedures and maintain Q.S.C. (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards for food safety and hygiene. Contribute to store operations and ensure alignment with the Functional Commercial Review Standards. Profile Team‑player with strong organisation and time‑management skills. Comfortable with basic food preparation and maintaining cleanliness. Capable of prolonged standing in a fast‑paced food environment. Maintains high personal grooming and hygiene. Committed to AM/PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
