We're looking for a
creative, data-driven Marketing Officer
to join our team. In this role, you'll plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive lead generation. From content creation to campaign management, you'll be at the heart of shaping our brand's story and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

  • Create engaging visual and written content for social media, website, ads, and internal use.
  • Draft and schedule posts that align with the brand's tone and weekly schedules.
  • Keep marketing assets updated (photos, banners, videos).

Campaign Management

  • Plan and run campaigns for term openings, holidays, events, and themes.
  • Manage Meta Ads: track conversions, validate leads, and optimize performance.
  • Launch re-engagement campaigns for unconverted leads.

Lead Management

  • Track and respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and WATI.
  • Capture testimonials, customer feedback, and insights.
  • Collaborate with sales/ops to nurture leads and refine funnels.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Align with Operations, Sales, and Customer Support on campaigns and events.
  • Support launches, promos, and internal announcements.
  • Turn department inputs into actionable marketing strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor engagement, reach, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.

Brand & Process Management

  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Audit and refine marketing workflows/SOPs.
  • Gather customer feedback for messaging and testimonials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in social media, digital campaigns, and content creation.
  • Skilled in Canva/Adobe Suite, Meta Ads, and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven.
