- $2,800 - $5,000- General Builder Contractor with impressive track record in private landed housing project.- 5.5 days work week | 830am – 6pm / 830am – 12pm- Location: Jurong East
Responsibilities
- Pre-tender & tender duties,- Prepare BQ, tender pricing and documents costs estimation, planning, life cycle costing, and quantity take off- Liaise with owner, developers, consultants, and sub-contractors- Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims- Procurement of contractors and suppliers- Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors- Prepare, negotiate, and agree final accounts- Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager/director
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or equivalent.- Minimum 1 year of quantity surveyor experience in Singapore building construction projects
