Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential corporate clients for partnerships, bulk orders, and event services. Assist in expanding the corporate client base and enhancing sales opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate clients by providing top-tier customer service and ensuring their needs are consistently met to foster long-term business relationships.
Assist in crafting customized proposals and presentations for corporate clients. This includes developing pricing models, menu options, and tailored service offerings to suit client requirements.
Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, including bubble tea live stations and pop-up events. Ensure smooth execution of all logistical aspects and client satisfaction.
Provide hands-on support during events, including setup, working with the operations team, and ensuring client expectations are met for seamless on-site execution.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for corporate sales and events. Assist with campaigns across social media, email, and other channels to increase event visibility.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate sales leads and event clients. Track communication, bookings, and client feedback to ensure follow-ups and improvements in service.
Requirements
Prior experience in corporate sales, client relations, or event planning is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Familiarity with event management software is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, particularly marketing and operations, to ensure the success of corporate events and client satisfaction.
Proactive approach to resolving challenges and meeting client needs with a focus on service excellence.
