Roles & Responsibilities Job Title : Rebar Supervisor Job Description We are looking for an experienced Rebar Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all reinforcement (rebar) works on-site. The Rebar Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all steel reinforcement work is carried out according to structural drawings, specifications, quality standards, and within the project timeline. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and lead a team of rebar workers in cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement bars Ensure rebar work complies with structural drawings and project specifications Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and other trade supervisors to plan work sequences Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and material usage Inspect and verify rebar sizes, spacing, alignment, and tying methods before concreting Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations Resolve on-site technical or manpower issues promptly Keep accurate records of work progress, materials received/used, and manpower attendance Job Requirements Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and construction drawings At least 3–5 years relevant experience in rebar installation supervision Tell employers what skills you have NegotiationLeadershipIngredientsConstructionHousekeepingWorkplace SafetyInventorySanitationProject TimelineRebarConstruction DrawingsCustomer SatisfactionCustomer ServiceSchedulingTimekeepingAbility To Learn
