Through a network of 100 top lender partners, Funding Options assists UK SMEs in securing the right financing solutions to trade, plan, and grow with confidence. Their platform, Funding Cloud, is multi award-winning, enabling quick and effective matches between customers and suitable lenders and finance products in minutes, with funding decisions made in as little as 20 seconds. The team is dedicated to providing every customer, successful or not, with a 5-star experience through their professionalism and outstanding customer service standards.About The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets, engaging and managing Small Business customers through the application process, and nurturing relationships with commercial lending partners. You will become proficient in articulating the Funding Options by Tide proposition and service, as well as develop a deep understanding of asset finance and the various lenders and products available in the market. Your duties will also involve maintaining accurate prospect information in Salesforce, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicating finance options to customers across multiple business finance product classes.
