Position Brief Our Regional Consumer and Digital Solutions Manager drives and delivers on Santen's Consumer portfolio in Asia and manages cross‐therapeutic area digital platforms and solutions that optimize the patient journey. Responsibilities Seize market opportunities in the ophthalmic disease area across pharmacy, optometry and optical channels, building sustainable growth and effective cross‐functional collaboration. Build a complementary consumer business portfolio to drive growth, maximize returns, and be the preferred ophthalmic leader. Create, evaluate and propose new growth businesses and products for business expansion and growth, capturing new growth in potential disease areas. Optimize digital platforms and solutions within the patient journey, collaborating with key stakeholders for a seamless integration and positive user experience. Develop comprehensive omni‐channel marketing strategies for pharmacists/optometrists and consumers, ensuring brand visibility, consumer engagement and an exceptional customer experience throughout the journey. Manage and oversee digital platform implementation, maintenance and optimization, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital tools and platforms. Plan, coordinate, and execute digital projects, monitoring project progress and proactively addressing issues to achieve successful outcomes. Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret digital performance metrics, providing recommendations to optimize digital strategies and improve the patient experience. Qualifications A university degree in science, pharmacy, or business related is required. Minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience in pharmacy, pharma‐consumer/OTC, pharma‐consumer business area. OTC digital marketing experience is must to have. Regional marketing experience. Strong knowledge of digital platforms, technologies, and trends with a focus on patient‐centric solutions. Experience initiating and analyzing marketing research to develop pharmacists, optometrists, and consumer insight, translating insight into actions. Experience developing creative and media briefs, evaluating agency outputs. Experience in Digital media (digital advertising, SEO and social media). e‐commerce experience is an advantage. Experience developing pharmacists and consumer promotions. Experience of regional brand planning lead or set‐up. Experience in working with third‐party vendors and managing vendor relationships.
