Job Opportunity:
Sales Development Professional
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our AV solution offerings within the government sector.
About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand AV solution offerings within the government sector.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential and existing government clients.
  • Drive sales growth by understanding government needs and delivering tailored AV solutions.
  • Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and deliver customized AV solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in AV sales, preferably with experience in the government sector.
  • Strong knowledge of audio and video technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
