Work location: Central (Both clinic & hospital based locations available)Work schedule: Clinic based: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri and half Sat), office hours. Hospital based: Rotating shifts (AM & PM, based on roster). Responsibilities: Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of radiology services, ensuring efficient patient flow, optimal use of imaging resources, and adherence to departmental schedules and priorities. Oversee, mentor, and support a team of radiographers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, radiation safety regulations, and infection control policies. Monitor and audit imaging quality to maintain high diagnostic accuracy and patient safety. Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and performance testing of radiologic equipment. Liaise with vendors and biomedical engineers to address technical issues and ensure continuous operational readiness. Maintain up-to-date documentation for licensing, accreditation, and compliance with health authority and radiation protection regulations. Manage team rostering to meet both routine and emergent operational needs. Work closely with radiologists, PACS administrators, and IT personnel to ensure timely and accurate image acquisition, reporting, and data management.
