Administrative Support Associate
As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational institution. You will be working closely with our Mandarin Leads and Centre Manager to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Duties:
- Assist in preparing materials and setting up the classroom for exciting hands-on learning experiences
- Support smooth transitions and maintain routines while ensuring a positive atmosphere
- Administrative Duties:
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager to streamline the enrolment process for new families
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors with a warm smile and helpful information
- Manage the front desk efficiently, handling calls, queries, and daily interactions with professionalism
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and ability to connect with students of all ages
- Organizational skills and ability to handle administrative tasks independently
- Fluency in Mandarin and basic IT literacy
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
