Candidate Minimum eight (8) years of post-graduate experience as a civil engineer, of which at least three (4)years of experience in heavy civil/ structural engineering works. Experience in Station will be required.Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board and qualification accredited by JointAccreditation Committee of IES/ACES as Qualified Site Supervisor as defined under the Buildingcontrol Act.Roles & ResponsibilitiesExperience in project management from conception to deliveryAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plansProfessional and confident approach to working relationships. Team orientated with the ability tobuild strong working relationships with colleagues and peersSelf-motivated and able to work independently when required.Strong communication, interpersonal, supervisory and client management skillsSolid organisation skills including multitasking and time-managementDemonstrated good presentation and reporting skillsManage team of the site supervisorsAppointed by QP(S) to be full time on site carrying out the duties of the QP(S)’s roles andresponsibilities as required by BCASite supervision/inspection of construction worksLiaise with all parties involved in the projectMonitor and ensure all works carried out as per specification/approved construction drawingsMaintain & control site records as per BCA requirementAttend site meeting with Authority's Representative and Authority's Appointed Consultant projectstaff and assist in preparation of the meeting minutes and presentationWith Station experience is required.Relevant working experience from LTA project is a must.
