Associate Director, Growth Innovation

Responsibilities Lead growth experiments end-to-end: Design overall Airwallex roadmap for Rewards and Campaigns, including setting hypotheses and testing design, defining target segments, and measuring impact on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Identify and size new opportunities: Work with the strategy team to define the ideal customer profile (ICP), priority use cases, and ideal product adoption journeys; adapt Rewards and Campaigns accordingly, accounting for global vs. regional market differences. Build the growth testing system: Establish frameworks, instrumentation, and review cadences for experiment design, governance, and decision logs; ensure reliable data and consistent, data-driven decisions. Drive creative for growth: Partner with the Head of Creative to brief, test, and ship assets (visual, copy, video) aligned with brand and product strategy; run structured creative testing to lift conversion. Deliver cross-functionally: Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to scope, resource, and ship experiments; define rollout plans and operating processes to ensure scalability and compliance. Influence strategy: Synthesize experiment insights into recommendations for roadmap, resourcing, and go-to-market; communicate progress and decisions to senior leadership to align with company priorities Who You Are A Strategic Operator: You possess a systems-thinking approach, adept at identifying growth patterns early and translating abstract ideas into actionable business models Adaptable and resilient : Rapidly incorporate new learnings from experiments, pivot strategies, and re-prioritize the portfolio; adjust guardrails and budgets for Rewards/Incentives as evidence evolves A Creative Problem-Solver: You thrive on experimentation and bring a builder's mindset to developing and testing new concepts Data-Informed: You leverage data to validate intuition, demonstrating a strong command of growth analytics, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis Collaborative Influencer: You navigate ambiguity effectively, excel in cross-functional environments, and build strong alignment among senior stakeholders Execution-Focused: You demonstrate the ability to move with agility while maintaining strategic rigor, from hypothesis generation to scaled impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
